Shipping policy

My company is based in the UK, all products are sent from the UK.

I aim to dispatch items within 3-5 working days.

If the item is on pre-order the processing time will be longer, and will be stated in the item description.

All items are sent via the Royal Mail standard delivery, it you would like tracked shipping, please choose the option at checkout. 

UK Shipping

Greeting cards, postcards, prints and stickers are sent 1st class in the UK.

Ceramics and paintings are sent Royal Mail tracked 24.

EU Shipping

From July 1st 2021, all EU orders worth up to €150 will be charged an Import Tax and a handling fee. You will be contacted by your local postal service explain how to pay these fees. 

If you would prefer to pay these fees in advance when you make a purchase, please visit my Etsy store and make your purchase there. If something isn't available on Etsy please send me an email meganbentleyillustration@gmail.com and I'll be happy to make it available on Etsy.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard shipping internationally, this means that there is no track shipping number.

If you wish to have tracked shipping please choose the option 'International tacked shipping' at checkout.

Refund policy

I have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you bought the item, unfortunately I cannot refund you. 

Items eligible for a refund must be in the same condition as it was received, in it's original packaging.
